Dr. Yu is a graduate of Bastyr University (one of four accredited Naturopathic Medical Schools in the United States). She maintains licensure as a naturopathic physician through the Washington state Department of Health.

Practice Interests & Philosophy
Dr. Yu focuses on helping you attain the best health possible. She has worked with patients with difficult conditions by combining conventional medicine with complementary and alternative therapies. She incorporates intuition and wisdom into her practice of medicine and finds improving health and quality of her patients’ life most fulfilling.
Dr. Yu listens and takes time to learn about you as a whole person, not just the disease. She investigates your conditions, attempts to find and treat the cause, and strives to re-establish your long-term health. She believes, “A good doctor is interested in her patients’ health, longevity, and quality of life. She knows when to say, “I don’t know, but I’ll find out.”
Personal
Dr. Yu was born and raised in Seoul. She enjoys learning from her patients and students, attending educational conferences, and hiking with her dog JJ (Brittany without sight and sound). Dr. Yu continues her life-long education as a student of medicine and humanity.
